Don’t just spectate, participate!

These posters were designed to encourage local people to volunteer for the annual event - St Pauls Carnival. Since it’s beginnings back in 1968, St Pauls has grown in both size and reputation to become one of Bristol’s biggest events. Running for over 50 years, the carnival is a much loved event that celebrates Afro Caribbean culture. Every float, stage and performance weaves together a story of how music, dance and community brings people together. Through it’s crossing of generations it also helps to teach history through workshops and discussions.
