Single Homeless Project is a registered charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people in London to transform their lives. The charity provides a range of accommodation and community support services across all 32 London boroughs. It was a pleasure working with them to produce these staff and young people’s booklets to support young people moving into independent living.
